roaring for glory *aummm*

yep, that was the theme for 2010/2011 University Sport Carnival (USC). for this season, i took part in 2 games as the condition had it that one student shall participate in not more than 2 competitions. before i was informed about that rule, i've registered for 100 metres sprint, volleyball and chess. later, i dropped the 100 m since the race will be held at the sayyidina hamzah stadium, which is the male sport complex, which means that the males can watch us competing for that glory.

nice serving techique!
to compare with what i had experienced during the sport carnival in my secondary school, the field was covered with big canvases to prevent us from being watched by the male students. i was impressed by such view cz it made me feel kind of secure. this is due to the 'aurah (part of body that we should cover as a Muslim/-ah) that might be exposed when we were running or play any sport which requires us to move our whole body aggressively. kudos from deep of my heart to my religious teachers for not only preaching us about Islamic teachings, but also practise it very well.

back to the volleyball, our Mahallah (arabic term for college) made it for the third place in the Group. though we didn't win any medals, we still enjoyed the 2 weeks training and not to be forgotten, the real matches.

a challenging, yet enjoying game
as for chess, in each team, there are 4 players and each player has to play for seven rounds. at first, i imagined that there will be like one hour gap for each round. but it turned out to be about more or less 10 minutes. what an exhaustive mind battle! hu hu. i went out from my room at 8.30 a.m. and came back at 7.15 p.m. To add to the weary day, at 8.30 p.m. i went to the closing ceremony with ida till 11.15 p.m. know what, i fell asleep when my roommate was prepared to show me something after she excitedly told me stories. ha ha. rarely happened before.

another thing which i forgot was my junior wanted to consult me on her assignment that she will be presenting on this tuesday. she has been contacted me since last week. but every night there were always something came. meeting with team manager regarding the sport, trainings, match, and etcetera. thank Allah it suddenly knocked my mind after 'Isha' prayer about that junior. she is one hardworking student, nice and good friend too. may she present well tomorrow.

haii. sy pacat. tergoda x tgk sy meliuk lentok~

as i'm about to sleep, i felt something itchy at my waist. ouh, that came from scars left by pacat, one type of blood-sucking worm. though the pacats gave me 4 'love bites,' all are around the waist, i think that was a good experience cz they are like the blood-cleaner since they only consume our dirty blood. hwargh~ *yawn* good night, sleep tight. recite sleeping prayer and utter shahadah before sleep k. wassalaam :)

i am pacat, again. my hobby is sucking people's blood. nyum2. ala2 vampire diaries gitew
